The originality of the project A Good Opportunity, promoted by Regione Piemonte and Regione Valle d'Aosta and financed by MISE, lies in the new way to approach the fight against food waste.  To understand how the issue of expiry dates is perceived and regarded by consumers a statistical survey will be carried out in order to test the consumers’ behaviors when buying and consuming food in Piedmont and Valle d'Aosta. Besides, a statistical survey named Young People & water will be carried out to enquire about the Knowing and the perception of water use and disponibility in the youthful imaginary
